For the Feel at Home legal team, migrating is a decision that must be made for many reasons beyond necessity. For this reason, we are aware of the particularities that converge regarding the migration issue and the flows of migrants in Mexico, as well as the tragedy that leaving your country represents for reasons such as political, ethnic, religious persecution, fleeing wars, insecurity or unstable economic situations.

 

In Mexico, MIGRATE IS NOT A CRIME, but to fully integrate, you must have the necessary documentation to be able to remain in the country and cover the necessary legal assumptions.

 

Those who do not have adequate legal advice may find that their migration problems make their incorporation into daily life very difficult, as they encounter legal difficulties that may become insurmountable due to improper or deficient legal assistance.

 

Therefore, our work at Feel at Home contemplates the Pro Bono category, which focuses on supporting migrants without resources and with very particular vulnerable situations, such as victims of crime, assisting them through various non-profit organizations.
