The Feel at Home team of collaborators has a positive record in legal initiatives, paperwork, processing time, and favorable resolutions due to the extensive experience we have in the study, design, and implementation of legal strategies that have made it possible for our clients to be satisfied with their procedures.

 

The Feel at Home team actively participated in important projects for migration policy, the most important of which are the following:

 

• Preparation of one of the most recent Migration regularization programs.

• Performance of the project that added Canada to the Trusted traveler program.

• Proposals to reform the Law, Regulations and Guidelines on migration matters.

• Participation in the completion of the Multiple migration form to obtain it electronically.

• Interaction with different national and international agencies in work meetings related to the care of migrants and refugees.

 

Likewise, our team has extensive knowledge in migration matters with which it has participated in:

 

• Training, supervision and auditing of all procedure offices of the National Migration Institute, located throughout the country.

• Attention to inquiries made by the different public officers of central offices, of the offices of migration procedures throughout the country, as well as by external individuals.

• Performance of procedures for cancellation of condition of stay, preparing the first ones in the country, where respect for the human rights of foreigners was prioritized at all times.

• Tactical and operational study for the arrest of fugitives wanted by Interpol, FBI and US Marshals.

• Update of protocols and implementation of international efforts, in terms of national security, at points of entry, in order to repatriate individuals with migration alerts related to issues such as terrorism or stowaways.

• Search and reintegration into their country of US nationals with a missing or abducted search file.

• Participation chairing the Human trafficking committee at the state level.
